These Terms of Use govern your use of vectorrisksolutions.com (the “Site”), operated by Vector Risk Solutions (“Vector,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.
The Site describes Vector’s claims adjusting, consulting, and related services for insurance carriers, and gives experienced adjusters a way to apply to work with us. It is an information site, not a claims portal.
Vector partners with insurance carriers. If you’re a policyholder and need to report a claim or ask about one, contact your insurance company or agent directly. Submitting a form on this Site does not report a claim, start an adjustment, or create coverage of any kind.
Don’t submit claim or policy numbers, details about a loss, Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, financial account information, or medical information through the Site, including in any resume or file you attach to an application. The forms are for business inquiries and adjuster applications only. If you’re a Vector client and need to share claim materials, contact your Vector representative and we’ll arrange a secure way to send them.
Content on the Site is general information. It isn’t legal, insurance, coverage, or professional advice, and it doesn’t create a client, carrier-vendor, or adjuster relationship. Those relationships begin only through a written agreement signed by Vector.
Our adjuster applications are submitted through a form hosted by Jotform, which is subject to Jotform’s own terms and privacy policy. Submitting an application or contact form doesn’t guarantee an assignment, engagement, or offer of any kind. Adjusters must meet our experience requirements and hold the licenses and certifications required in each state where they work. We may decline any application at our discretion. Please make sure the information you provide is accurate.
By submitting a form, you agree that we may contact you about your inquiry or application using the information you provided. We may also send you business communications, which you can opt out of at any time using the unsubscribe link.
Figures on the Site, such as reserve accuracy, reopen rates, settlement rates, and program results, reflect Vector’s own data for the periods and client programs described, as of the dates stated. They aren’t guarantees, and your results may differ. Testimonials and case studies are shared with the permission of the clients involved, with names and, where needed, job titles generalized to keep them anonymous. They reflect the individual’s own experience.
Some materials, such as case studies, may be available after you submit your email address. They’re provided for your own business use. Please don’t republish or redistribute them without our permission.
The Site’s content, including text, graphics, logos, and layout, belongs to Vector or its licensors and is protected by trademark, copyright, and other laws. “Vector Risk Solutions” and our logo are our marks. You may view the Site and share links to it, but you may not copy, modify, or reuse our content or marks without written permission.
Don’t use the Site to break the law, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape it with automated tools, or submit false or misleading information.
The Site links to other sites, such as LinkedIn, and relies on third-party services to host and operate it, including Webflow and Jotform, and to understand how visitors use it, including Google Analytics, Hotjar, and LinkedIn. We don’t control these services and aren’t responsible for their content or practices. Our Privacy Policy describes how they’re used on the Site.
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don’t promise the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always current.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vector and its owners, officers, employees, and contractors won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site.
How we collect and use information is described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date shows the latest version, and continued use of the Site means you accept the changes.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Johnson County, Kansas, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
