Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Vector Risk Solutions (“Vector,” “we,” “us”) collects through vectorrisksolutions.com (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have. It works alongside our Terms of Use.

1. Who this applies to

The Site is for business visitors: insurance carrier claims professionals and experienced adjusters. It isn’t a claims portal and isn’t intended for policyholders or claimants reporting a loss, or for anyone under 18.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us including, but not limited to:

• Carrier inquiries: name, work email, company, job title, the services you’re interested in, and the regions where you need coverage.
• Adjuster applications: name, email, phone number, information regarding experience, licensures and certifications, and any other information asked in our forms. Applications are submitted through a form hosted by Jotform.
• Case study requests: Your email address when you request a downloadable case study.
• Direct contact: anything you send when you email or call us.

Information collected automatically:

When you visit, we and our service providers collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, how you arrived at the Site, your approximate location, and how you interact with pages, including clicks, scrolling, and mouse movement. We collect this through cookies and similar technologies described in section 5.

3. Please don't send sensitive or claim-specific information

Don’t submit claim or policy numbers, details about a loss, Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, financial account information, or medical information through the Site. The forms are for business inquiries and adjuster applications only. If you’re a policyholder with a question about your claim, please contact your insurance company or agent. If you’re a Vector client and need to share claim materials, contact your Vector representative and we’ll arrange a secure way to send them.

4. How we use information

• To respond to business inquiries and arrange conversations.
• To evaluate adjuster applications and contact applicants about opportunities.
• To deliver the materials you request.
• To operate, secure, and improve the Site.
• To understand, in aggregate, who visits the Site and how they found it, so we can improve our outreach and the Site.
• To meet legal obligations and protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Cookies and tracking technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:

• Site operation. Our hosting and form services use them to keep the Site working.
• Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site, such as which pages they view and how they arrived. Google sets cookies to recognize your browser across visits. You can learn more in Google’s privacy policy and opt out with Google's browser add-on.
• Hotjar. We use Hotjar to see how visitors move through the Site, through heatmaps and session recordings that capture clicks, scrolling, and mouse movement. We configure Hotjar to hide what you type into form fields. You can opt out at Hotjar's opt-out page.
• LinkedIn Insight Tag. We use LinkedIn’s Insight Tag to see aggregate information about visitors who are LinkedIn members, such as job function, industry, and company size. LinkedIn collects information about your visit and may match it to your LinkedIn profile to produce these reports. We don’t receive a list of individual visitors from this report. You can manage how LinkedIn uses your data in your LinkedIn account settings.
• Jotform. Our adjuster application forms are hosted by Jotform, which may set its own cookies when you use the forms. Jotform’s use of your information is described in its privacy policy.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the Site may not work properly.

6. Who we share information with

• Service providers that help us run the Site and handle our business, including Webflow (hosting and form handling), Microsoft Outlook (email), Google Analytics, Hotjar, Jotform, and LinkedIn as described above. They may use the information only to provide services to us, except that some, such as Google and LinkedIn, also use it under their own policies.
• Vector personnel who need the information to respond to you or review your application.
• Authorities or other parties when required by law, or to protect rights and safety.
• A successor, if Vector is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

7. How long we keep information

We keep inquiry and application information for as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it.

8. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no website or system is completely secure.

9. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us at info@vectorrisksolutions.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights, such as the right to know what we collect and to opt out of certain tracking or sharing.

10. Links to other sites

The Site links to other sites, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Jotform. We don’t control them, and their privacy practices are their own.

We’ll post updates on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
